Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

Flirtatious Tees ships to the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [insert number] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

– Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
– Express Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Flirtatious Tees are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Flirtatious Tees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

– Customs Regulations: International shipments may be subject to customs regulations, which can cause delays beyond our control. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees.
– Compliance: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.

8. Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure that all delivery information is correct when placing your order.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to restrictions in some regions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with local regulations.
